With an eye for quality, our Educational Leaders ensure that every day is a thrilling exploration for every child.
At Green Leaves Early Learning, our unique National Learning, Research, and Development Program (NLRDP) is central to our commitment to supporting our teams' professional development. When you join the Green Leaves team, you have access to an extensive list of support services and opportunities created and designed in collaboration with our Educators from across the group.
Each day, you will be provided with learning and development opportunities, including:
Face-to-face and online mentoring with our NLRDP Research Partner (Dr Karen Grubb)
Monthly Educational Leader ‘Think Tank’ meetings with your colleagues across Australia
Access to the NLRDP Perspective Partners in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledge, Cultural Pedagogy, Nutrition, Wellbeing, Inclusion, Sustainability, The Arts, and Documentation
Access to unlimited information and resources via our new NLRDP Communication and Resource platform on ‘PADLET’
Access to the Creative Collection Arts and Materials with Children training program (delivered by Kelly Goodsir and Kirsty Liljegren)
Access to the ‘Learning Leaves’ Documentation training delivered by our Pedagogy Partner
On-call and online access to our Inclusion Mentoring Team, led by Robyn Papworth
The opportunity to apply for and participate in our exclusive Annual New Zealand Study Tour

- An ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or above
- A current SA Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current SA Child Protection Training (or willing to obtain)
- Current HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate and CPR (or willing to obtain)
- National Child Safety Training (or willing to obtain)
- Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 6:30 am and finish as late as 6:30 pm, permanent part time 5 days a week, Monday to Friday
