As an educator working with OAC Williamstown, you will collaborate closely with educators, children, and families to create an inclusive, safe, and nurturing environment for all children in our care. You will support children's learning and development by delivering age-appropriate activities and documenting observations with the help of our Educational Leader. We see this person building meaningful partnerships with families to ensure they feel as apart of our community as our children do.

• Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care
• Availability to work full time, Monday to Friday
• A positive & inspiring attitude to their role
