Studio 64 (South Perth and Lathlain) is one of the first in Australia to offer hubs that assist parents balance their work and childcare commitments by offering flexible work space and exceptional early learning centres for children all in the one place. Designed with busy parents in mind, other services on site include mobile hair and beauty, grocery delivery, and more. Also operating KintaCo (Bayswater), the centres offer long day care and casual care to give parents additional flexibility.

We are currently seeking a Diploma Qualified Educator to join our KintaCo Bayswater and Studio 64 Lathlain locations.

Key Duties: • Provision of quality education and care to meet the individual and group needs of all children • Planning and implementation of a vibrant, interesting and developmentally appropriate curriculum including observations and reflections •Ensure that the philosophy, policies and procedures of the Service are upheld and implemented to meet relevant requirements •Creating and maintaining collaborative and respectful partnerships with children, families, colleagues and all stakeholders •Contribution to a safe, clean and positive work environment •Contribution to the centres Quality Improvement Plan

Skills/knowledge required: • Detailed knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework • Detailed knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework including the Law, Regulations and National Quality Standards • Must be able to obtain required registrations. • The ability to contribute to a harmonious, professional and positive work culture •Excellent communicator with parents, staff and senior management, both verbal and written • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work as part of a team and autonomously •Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills • Current Working With Children Check and First Aid

Highly desirable: • Knowledge and experience using Story Park •Proficient with modern technology • Demonstrates initiative •Ability to bring forward new initiatives/ideas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $76,000.00 – $86,000.00 per year
