We are looking for people who are passionate about education:
- You have a degree in education, recognised in Luxembourg (diploma recognition and classification);
- You have successful professional experience in non-formal education with children aged 0 to 4;
- Fluency in French is essential for team integration. Fluency in another language is a plus;
- Dynamic and available, you show initiative;
- You have proven skills in supervising and leading a group of children;
- You are creative and can put forward proposals for activities and team-based educational projects;
- You have good listening and communication skills, enabling you to create a climate of quality and trust within the organisation;
- You will have good writing skills, enabling you to write logbooks, reports and communications to parents on our digital media.
Your role at Rockids :
- Welcoming children while ensuring their physical, moral and emotional safety.
- Accompany them through the various stages of their lives: reception, activities, meals, changing, outings, etc.
- Supporting children in their individual and collective development
- Drawing up and implementing medium- and long-term educational projects, in order to contribute to children's early learning and overall development as part of a team project.
- Participate in the structure's networking with external partners (educational outings, social projects, ecological projects, etc.)
- Establish and maintain professional communication and ensure quality communication with families.
- Respect, apply and pass on the educational and pedagogical aspects of the establishment's project.
- Ensure compliance with Rockids quality standards, in order to offer a unique support experience.
