Summary

We are seeking an EFDA Dental Assistant to join our team at Chester County Dental Arts. This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring smooth operations within our dental practice. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional dental services.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during procedures to ensure efficient patient care.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment according to safety protocols.
• Manage patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Schedule appointments and handle patient inquiries with professionalism.
• Provide support in various dental specialties, including pediatric dentistry and prosthodontics.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dental office environment.

Requirements

• Experience as a Dental Assistant or relevant certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Eaglesoft software is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and documentation practices.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
