This position reports to

Global Sales Business Excellence Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Location: Global. As Global Sales Operations you will be responsible for developing and deploying the Global Sales Operations strategy. You will drive sales operational excellence by optimizing the sales process and by managing the CRM and CPQ Configure-Price-Quote systems. Your focus will be on managing sales data, analyzing performance metrics and improving sales efficiency while ensuring a seamless, integrated experience for customer and sales teams. The role will report to the Global Sales Business Excellence Manager. Your Responsibilities •Work closely with cross-functional teams to align the sales process with the Division’s broader goals. •Identify inefficiencies and pain points and propose/implement solutions to improve the sales process •Identify opportunities for automation across sales process, ensuring repetitive tasks are minimized to free up time for the sales team. •Manage the CRM system (Salesforce) and ensure data accuracy, automation, reporting and full adoption by the sales team. •Manage the Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) system and streamline the process of configuring, pricing and quoting by ensuring accurate data management and a smooth workflow •Ensure CRM and CPQ systems are integrated for optimal workflow efficiency and data accuracy and visibility •Design and maintain sales dashboards to enable and provide visibility into key metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, win/loss analysis, and sales cycle length. •Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions and improve overall sales effectiveness

Qualifications for the role

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, with in-depth knowledge of the sales process and specific expertise in managing CRM and CPQ systems. 5+ years of global experiences.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage teams
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to identifying challenges and implementing improvements in the sales process
  • Ability in managing complex and cross-functional projects, particularly involving process improvement and technology implementations
  • Strategic thinking skills with ability to see the big picture
  • Fluency in English, other languages are a plus
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, economic, engineering or business administration
