We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 430 MW of IT load in flight.
Requirements
Developing a detailed construction plan, including scheduling and resource allocation- Coordinating the acquisition of equipment, ensuring they meet the project's specifications and quality standards.
- Managing the contractors by overseeing their work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing subcontractors when necessary.
- Implementing quality control measures to ensure that the installation of equipment items meets the required standards and specifications.
- Monitoring project costs and ensuring that the project stays within budget, including tracking equipment items.
- Overseeing project timelines and making sure that installation work is completed on time to avoid delays.
