About The Role

As an Electrical Design Consultant (internally known as a Lifestyle Designer), you’ll be part of our dynamic Showroom team, helping customers personalise their homes through tailored electrical and design solutions. You’ll guide them through selections including decorative lighting, power, data, security, heating & cooling, and more – creating spaces that reflect their lifestyle and vision.

This full-time role is based at our Head Office in Docklands, with occasional travel to our Geelong Showroom and other Victorian locations. We offer a hybrid work model and a rotating roster (including some Mondays off!) to support our customers on weekends while giving you flexibility.

Key responsibilities include:

• Consult with customers to understand their design preferences, lifestyle needs, and budget
• Create and present bespoke electrical and heating/cooling plans
• Coordinate product catalogues and planning documentation
• Partner with suppliers to stay ahead of design trends
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in Electrical Consulting or a related interior design specialisation
• Ability to translate technical information into customer-friendly language
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
