Job Summary

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and support electrical systems for Lawn Mowers and Utility Tractors. The role involves working with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and manufacturing throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage vehicle electrical system requirements.
  • Design and release electrical systems, including wiring harnesses and schematics.
  • Create and maintain Bills of Material (BOMs).
  • Work with suppliers on component development, feasibility, and integration.
  • Support prototype, validation, and production builds.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply management, and program teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of vehicle electrical system design, integration, or testing experience.
  • Experience with electrical components, wiring harnesses, schematics, and hardware/software integration.
  • Experience managing engineering deliverables and product development activities.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to support off-shift builds and travel up to 10% domestically/internationally.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Authorization: US Citizens and Green Card/US Permanent Resident candidates only.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agriculture, construction, or off-highway vehicle experience.
  • Experience with BOM management, 3D CAD, SIL/HiL testing, embedded systems, or test scripting.
  • Project management, systems engineering, or technical leadership experience.

Pay: $50.00 - $53.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
