The project:
This is a complex, large scale, mission critical project working with an amazing client organisation and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Lead the ELV work with clarity, professionalism and alignment to Mace standards, ensuring high‑quality delivery.
- Oversee programme, HSW, quality, commissioning and commercial performance across all project stages.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and trade partners to enable smooth project execution.
- Shape tender, design, and procurement strategies, ensuring scope clarity, budget alignment and technical excellence.
- Drive digital‑led productivity, risk management, continuous improvement and robust project close‑out.
- Mentor teams, foster a culture of high performance and support Mace’s net‑zero and sustainability goals.
You’ll need to have:
- Degree qualification is essential with 15-20 years.
- Advanced technical expertise across design, construction, planning and commercial management.
- Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
- Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
- Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
