Due to continued expansion we require an Electrical Package Manager for Dublin-based projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all phases of the mechanical services project delivery cycle, including:
- Pre-construction and planning
- Construction
- Testing and commissioning
- Coordinate design team information and details in line with project delivery timelines
- Ensure implementation of MEP deliverables on the project
- Ensure all MEP works are carried out to the highest safety standards
- Inspect all installation works against the approved quality plan
- Monitor programmes and review installation progress of MEP services
- Work collaboratively with the design team, MEP subcontractors, and the wider project team
Requirements
- Relevant third-level degree
- 6+ years’ experience, preferably with a main contractor
- Previous project experience on construction and/or civil engineering projects preferred (e.g. residential, pharmaceutical, data centres)
- Chartered or working towards chartership
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong IT skills
