We’re looking for experienced Construction Managers or Site Managers to lead the delivery of high voltage infrastructure and renewable energy projects across Australia.

In Sydney & Newcastle, you’ll work on major substation upgrades locally, connection works to large-scale data centres, and critical network infrastructure — allowing you to stay close to home while gaining exposure to complex HV environments. For those open to regional work, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to key infrastructure projects across locations such as Tamworth, Mudgee, Tumut and Moree, with structured rosters and strong earning potential through overtime and allowances.

At CPP, you’ll play a critical role in delivering complex substation and Balance of Plant (BoP) projects, working across both greenfield and brownfield environments. You’ll be responsible for leading on-site construction activities from mobilisation through to commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive site performance, manage subcontractors, coordinate outages, and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Working closely with Project Managers and Engineers, you’ll influence planning, sequencing, and execution to keep projects on track and aligned to commercial and operational targets.

Beyond delivery, you’ll be responsible for building and leading high-performing site teams—creating a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

At CPP, we invest in your long-term development. You’ll be supported through structured leadership programs and exposed to some of the most technically challenging and high-profile energy projects in the country.
