Job Title: Junior Electrical Technician (Fresher)

Location: Cuttack, Odisha

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on skills and certification)

Employment Type: Full-time and permanent

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Electrical Technician (Fresher) to join our technical team. In this role, you will work under the guidance of senior engineers to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent ITI or +2 (Any stream) holder to gain hands-on experience and grow their career in the electrical field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assistance: Assist senior technicians in the installation and wiring of electrical panels, fixtures, and machinery.
• Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Repair: Help troubleshoot and fix minor electrical faults, blown fuses, or faulty wiring.
• Safety: Strictly follow all safety protocols and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Documentation: Maintain basic logs of daily tasks and materials used.
• Tools: Learn to use and maintain professional tools like mustimeters, wire strippers, and power drills.
• Job type and Proper Location: It changes as per our site requirements but fooding transportation and accommodation all are on for of Company.
• Training: All required training should be provided by company training authority and highly teched person on the site.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: ITI Certification in Electrician Trade or a +2 (Any stream) pass.
• Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply).
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical circuits, AC/DC currents, and wiring diagrams.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to work on your feet, climb ladders, and lift equipment as needed.
• Attributes: A strong desire to learn, punctuality, and a "safety-first" mindset.
