Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Trainer to deliver high-quality training in electrical systems and practical applications. The role involves facilitating skill development, enhancing employability, and ensuring trainees gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and practical training sessions on electrical concepts and applications
• Develop and implement lesson plans, training materials, and assessments
• Conduct hands-on training in wiring, electrical maintenance, safety procedures, and tools usage
• Evaluate trainees through tests, assignments, and practical demonstrations
• Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols in the training environment
• Maintain training records, attendance, and reports as per project guidelines
• Support placement activities and industry readiness of trainees
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training

Eligibility Criteria:

• ITI / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant industry or training experience
• Prior experience in skill development projects will be an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety standards

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners
• Strong practical knowledge and demonstration skills
• Classroom management and mentoring ability
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools)

Preferred:

• Experience working in government or CSR skill development projects
• Certification in training (ToT) or relevant vocational training programs

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
