We are looking for an experienced Electrical Turnover Engineer to join our critical data centre projects in Kalundborg, Denmark. Part of the Dussmann Group of companies based out of Berlin, STS Group is fully committed to the highest Health, Safety and Environmental & Quality practices. This position will play a major role in the successful, safe, and quality delivery of complex internal fit-out scopes within a live, mission-critical environment.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and experienced Electrical Turnover Engineer to join our team. This role is critical to the smooth handover of the systems we have installed, ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with our client's requirements. This role is our link between project teams, the client, and site management, driving the turnover process from tagging to QA/QC, test packs, and final documentation.

Some of the Key Tasks

  • Manage turnover levels, including red and yellow tagging of electrical systems.
  • Develop and maintain tagging schedules for accurate tracking of equipment and systems.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the client's Turnover Manager, ensuring effective communication and alignment on goals.
  • Report regularly to site management on turnover progress, issues, and resolutions.
  • Implement and monitor QA/QC checklists to maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Work closely with AP teams to ensure all documentation supports testing and energisation.

Key Qualifications Required
  • 5+ years working on electrical packages of work.
  • Proven experience in turnover roles, ideally in a lead or supervisory capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of turnover processes, QA/QC checklists, and test packs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational ability with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with SAP and AP systems (advantageous).
  • A collaborative and adaptable team-player mindset.
