Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: CA$19.22 to CA$45.00 per hour

Osprey Electric has been powering Vancouver Island since 2012, and we're still growing. That means we need more good electricians at every stage of the trade, from first-year apprentices to experienced Journeypersons.

We're especially looking for Service Electricians and Generator Technicians, but we want to hear from electricians of all levels and backgrounds.

At Osprey we don't just hire to fill a seat. We look at your skills, what you enjoy and where you want to go, then find the spot in the company where you'll do your best work.

Service Electricians

If you like variety, solving problems and working directly with customers, Service could be a great fit for you. Our Service team handles industrial, commercial and residential calls, so no two days look the same.

We're hiring:

• Journeyperson Service Electricians
• Service Apprentices

Generator, Solar & Backup Power Technicians

Our Generator and Solar divisions are a great path for electricians who want to build specialized technical skills. The work includes installing, connecting, troubleshooting, maintaining and servicing standby power systems.

We'd like to hear from:

• Electricians and apprentices with generator experience
• Electricians with a strong background in service upgrades and service work
• Solid electricians who want to learn the generator side of the trade

We can offer training and development to the right people.

Commercial Construction

Our Commercial team works on projects across the Island, from smaller commercial installs to large construction jobs. We're hiring Apprentices, Journeypersons & Foremen

The work can include installation, layout, coordinating with other trades, mentoring apprentices, project planning and site leadership. If you want to move into leadership, we have a clear path into Foreman, Superintendent and management roles as we grow.

Residential

Our Residential team works on homes across Vancouver Island. We're looking for Apprentices and Journeypersons who take pride in clean installs, quality work and treating customers well. Residential experience is a bonus, but if you're coming from another part of the trade and want to learn residential, we still want to hear from you.
