About you:

• Motivated individual with minimum 3+ years’ experience with Innerrange Integriti & Inception, including commissioning larger projects
• Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
• Proficiency in Access Control, CCTV and Alarms (Systems including Hikvision, Wavenet, Salto, Milestone)
• High computer literacy and technical troubleshooting skills, with extensive IP network knowledge
• Legislation knowledge around Electronic Security and Monitoring
• Highly organised individual with an eye for detail and good time management
• Someone with the ability to travel when required
• Someone who works well within a team but can also work autonomously

Your day to day duties will include:

• Service, Installation & Programming of multi-site Innerrange premises, including remote tech support where required
• Support our existing Electronic Security installed base while also contributing to growth and expansion of the business in the QLD market
• Ongoing training to ensure product knowledge is maintained by reviewing new product offerings to increase exposure and knowledge of products and their applications
• Advise on, and install, electronic security systems as required
• Inspect facilities, systems, and their components for the purpose of ensuring safety and identifying necessary repairs and providing an ongoing program of preventive maintenance
• Diagnose malfunctions of electronic security systems for the purpose of identifying repair/replacement needs necessary to maintain systems

Description:
Your Qualifications:

• Integriti Basic Certified Technician (Integriti Advanced Technician Certification will be highly regarded)
• EWP Ticket
• Experience with Salto, Tecom & Gallagher would be highly regarded
• Security registration or licence
• ACMA unrestricted cabling licence
