Electronics Sorting Team Lead (It Hardware / Warehouse)

We are looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, technology, and staying busy all day. This is not a sit-down job. Our sorting team processes thousands of pounds of electronics every day, and this role requires someone who can stay organized, lead a small team, and maintain focus in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

If you enjoy learning about computers, servers, and electronics, this job provides daily exposure to enterprise IT hardware while leading a team responsible for processing incoming equipment.

A big part of this job is identifying valuable electronics hidden within large volumes of scrap — think of it as treasure hunting for valuable IT hardware.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a 2-person electronics sorting team
• Sort, categorize, count, and weigh incoming electronics
• Record accurate inventory data for client reporting
• Communicate client-specific order instructions to the team
• Identify items with resale or refurbishment value
• Ensure accurate tracking of equipment containing sensitive client data
• Keep the team on track to meet production KPIs
• Maintain organized and safe work areas

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking most of the shift
• Lifting electronics and boxes (up to 50 lbs)
• Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lead and motivate a small team
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Comfortable with physical warehouse work
• Basic computer skills for data entry

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in computers or electronics
• Previous warehouse experience
• Leadership or team lead experience

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
