Elementary School Teacher job opportunity

Location: Little Havana,Miami FL

About Us:
We are a small, family-owned private school located in the heart of Little Havana. We pride ourselves on providing a warm, nurturing environment where students feel supported and teachers are valued.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated elementary teacher who is passionate about education and enjoys being part of a close-knit team. The ideal candidate will have classroom experience and some background in administration or leadership.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with grade-level standards
Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment
Collaborate with fellow teachers and administration
Assist with school events, communication, and day-to-day administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Prior teaching experience required
Administrative or leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is REQUIRED
Must be dependable, professional, and team-oriented

Schedule:

Monday–Friday
Full-time, on-site position

Compensation:
Pay based on experience
