Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer support emails in a professional and timely manner. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information related to products, services, or company policies.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns or issues through email communication. Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments as needed.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Follow-Up: Ensure customers are satisfied with the resolution of their issues. Follow up as necessary to ensure all concerns have been addressed.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the company’s CRM or ticketing system.
- Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from customers about their experience and report common issues to management to help improve services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent English Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and accuracy. Email writing skills.
- Educational Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Bachelors degree required (preferably in communication, business, or customer service) is a plus.
