Email Support Executive Male (Freshers & Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer support emails in a professional and timely manner. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information related to products, services, or company policies.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns or issues through email communication. Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments as needed.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Follow-Up: Ensure customers are satisfied with the resolution of their issues. Follow up as necessary to ensure all concerns have been addressed.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the company’s CRM or ticketing system.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from customers about their experience and report common issues to management to help improve services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent English Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and accuracy. Email writing skills.
  • Educational Requirements:
  • Freshers are welcome to apply. Bachelors degree required (preferably in communication, business, or customer service) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
