Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Embroiderer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality embroidered products. This role involves operating embroidery machines, ensuring precision in design execution, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The Embroiderer will play a crucial part in our production process, contributing to the overall quality and aesthetic of our products.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered items.
• Set up machines with appropriate threads, fabrics, and designs according to specifications.
• Review design files for accuracy and make necessary adjustments before production.
• Monitor the embroidery process to ensure consistent quality and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
• Receive and organize incoming shipments from suppliers and partners.
• Check products against packing slips and update our system to notify Order Managers.
• Stage outgoing orders for embroidery/DTF or customer pickup.
• Keep warehouse shelves organized, label orders clearly, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with embroidery machines and techniques is a strong plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
