About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and creative Embroidery Designer with hands-on experience in E-MCAD and DAHAO embroidery software. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of embroidery digitizing, machine operations, design development, and production requirements for garments and fashion products.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and digitize embroidery designs using E-MCAD and DAHAO software.
• Optimize stitch types, densities, underlays, and sequencing for high-quality production.
• Ensure designs are compatible with multi-head embroidery machines.
• Conduct test runs and make necessary modifications to improve output quality.
• Coordinate with design, merchandising, and production teams to meet project requirements.
• Maintain design libraries and embroidery file databases.
• Troubleshoot embroidery-related issues during sampling and production.
• Stay updated with embroidery trends, techniques, and machine technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Embroidery Designer or Embroidery Digitizer.
• Proficiency in E-MCAD and DAHAO embroidery software.
• Strong understanding of embroidery digitizing techniques and machine embroidery processes.
• Knowledge of stitch types, thread specifications, fabric behavior, and embroidery placements.
• Ability to interpret design briefs and artwork accurately.
• Attention to detail and quality control.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skill level)

Job Type: Full-time
