- Identify Market Opportunities: Analyze and structure current market opportunities, aligning them with Armacell's EV solutions
- Portfolio Management: Define and manage the rollout of our current portfolio by identifying local requirements and promoting Armacell EV solutions
- Knowledge Management: Drive market-specific knowledge management by collecting, and consolidating technical and commercial information
- Technical Recognition: Establish technical recognition and drive specification of Armacell's product portfolio for EV markets and customers
- Training and Knowledge Transfer: Ensure effective knowledge transfer and training for marketing and sales teams
- Budget Management: Build budget targets and report on achievements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field
- Experience: 5 years of experience in EV technical sales and business development; Experience with Tier 2 or Tier 3 suppliers is an advantage
- Expertise: Recognized expertise in technical applications for the EV, Automotive market
- Skills: Strong brand, product management, and pricing experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity
- Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, self-starter, adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively throughout the EMEA region
