Role Overview

The CE Technical Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to Construction Equipment (CE) Dealer Technicians. This role focuses on enhancing technicians’ technical competencies, diagnostic capabilities, and repair skills to ensure maximum customer uptime and satisfaction. Training is delivered through both face-to-face sessions and remote virtual platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare training materials for CE machine courses. Collaborate with product engineering teams to develop and update training content for new machines, software, and technical updates.
  • Deliver training sessions in English and the trainer's native language.
  • Manage and maintain the Training Calendar.
  • Coordinate training deliveries with the support of the Training Administrator, utilizing machines available at Technical Training Centers for both presential (face-to-face) and remote (online) modalities.
  • Collect and analyze test-in and test-out results, technician appraisal questionnaires, and other relevant data to assess training effectiveness.
  • Deliver trainings in all possible formats: presential (Face-to-Face): At EMEA Training Centers or Dealer premises or in remote (Online): Via Virtual Classroom or Virtual Workshop.
  • Provide practical, hands-on training on the safe and proper use of heavy equipment, diagnostic and special tools.
  • Contribute to continuous innovation in training methods, tools, and delivery techniques.
  • Ensure training quality and volume targets are met as agreed with the Training Manager.
  • Provide support to the Product Support team and Dealer Technicians when required.
Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in technical studies or equivalent (electric/electronics, hydraulic, mechanical).
  • Background in Construction Equipment and 3D software modelling (e.g., CREO) are a strong plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and internet-based tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and foster a positive mindset among trainees.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across the EMEA region.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
  • Able to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, internally and externally.
  • Comfortable working in a complex matrix organization.
  • Embodies a ONE-Team and Customer First spirit.
  • Valid European driving license.
  • Willingness to travel across the EMEA region.
Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is EUR 35100 - 53820 any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
