Are you ready to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment? We are seeking dedicated professionals to work in our Regional Security Operations Centre (RSOC) based in Cork, playing a critical role in ensuring safety and security across the EMEIA region. This position requires flexibility and availability to work shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays as the RSOC operates 24/7. This position also requires on-site presence, with no remote work option.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to both emergency and non-emergency calls from employees.
• Monitor security systems, investigate alarms using advanced technology, dispatch security specialists, and log incidents in the Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) system.
• Manage access control for employees, contractors, and vendors.
• Collaborate with teams including Global Security, Crisis Management, Environmental Health & Safety, Investigations, and Facilities.
• Use RSOC software and systems for communication, video monitoring, incident response, and access control.
• Send text message alerts to targeted groups during security incidents.
• Handle phone, radio, and email communications promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent, or relevant experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Previous RSOC/Control Room or dispatching experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• PSA Licence is required.
• Successful candidates must be able to complete training, including both classroom and hands-on.

Additional Skills:

• Ability to operate a variety of tools and technology, including security systems, telephones, radios and computers.
• Must be comfortable working in a structured, secure, and fast-paced environment with exposure to low lighting and computer screens.
• Capable of working 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: €15.41 as per minimum ERO.
• Night Allowance

Pay: €15.41 per hour
