Our Profile

Lead one of our key regional branches in Cleve, South Australia, and drive sales, customer relationships and branch performance in a thriving agricultural community.

Based on the Eyre Peninsula, Cleve offers a relaxed country lifestyle, strong community connection, great local facilities and close access to South Australia’s productive farming region and coastline.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded leader who can lead people, grow customer relationships, identify local opportunities and deliver strong business results.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced sales leader with strong commercial acumen, a hands-on leadership style and a genuine connection to regional communities. You’ll build on strong foundations, lead a capable team and help shape the future success of our Cleve branch.

Key Qualities

Proven leadership experience in sales or branch operations
Strong commercial drive and customer focus
Ability to lead teams, influence others and deliver results
Community-minded with a proactive, practical approach
Agriculture or heavy vehicle industry exposure preferred, not essential
