Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Worker to maintain cleanliness and order across various facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and custodial services, ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for clients and staff. Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Utilize floor care equipment for buffing, polishing, and maintaining flooring surfaces
• Conduct specialized cleaning procedures including industrial cleaning and facilities maintenance
• Assist with custodial tasks such as trash removal and restocking supplies
• Support maintenance activities like minor repairs or painting as needed
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment during all cleaning operations
• Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment efficiently to maximize productivity

Requirements

• Proven experience in janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning roles preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing
• Experience with industrial or facilities maintenance is a plus
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience with residential painting or porter duties is advantageous but not required
• Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible hours may be preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.50 - $12.00 per hour
