  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and supervisors, helping navigate workplace questions and challenges.
  • Gather employee feedback, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Research new training methods, technology, and best practices to keep learning fresh, relevant, and engaging.
  • Collaborate with departments across the Library to create an inclusive, welcoming, and supportive work environment.

We're Looking for Someone Who...

  • Is tech-savvy and enjoys learning new software and training tools.
  • Has experience developing and delivering employee training or professional development programs.
  • Brings fresh ideas and creative approaches to employee engagement.
  • Builds trust easily and enjoys coaching and supporting others.
  • Can balance multiple projects while staying organized and detail-oriented.
  • Communicates with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm.
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

You should have either:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or Six years of professional experience in employee development, training, learning and development, or a related field; or An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
