At Coliban Water, we deliver essential water and wastewater services to over 180,000 customers across North Central Victoria. Behind that impact is our people—and that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for an Employee Experience Officer to support the delivery of meaningful initiatives across wellbeing, engagement, culture and inclusion. If you enjoy organising, communicating, and bringing ideas to life, this role offers a great opportunity to grow your career in People & Capability.

Key Responsibilities:
You’ll play a key role in supporting employee experience across the organisation by:

  • Coordinating employee events, forums and engagement activities
  • Drafting and publishing internal communications and intranet content
  • Supporting wellbeing, engagement and DEI initiatives
  • Managing calendars, trackers, records and program documentation
  • Providing responsive support to employee enquiries
  • Working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of initiatives
About you:
You’re someone who is organised, proactive and people-focused, with:

Relevant qualifications in business administration, communications, human resources, event management or a related discipline are desirable but not essential
Strong administration and coordination skills
Excellent written communication (clear, professional, engaging)
Experience supporting events, programs or internal initiatives
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Confidence using tools like Microsoft Office and SharePoint
A collaborative mindset and a “can-do” attitude

Salary:
The salary and conditions for this position will be as per the Coliban Water Enterprise Agreement 2021 Band 3 $74,200 - $90,097 plus superannuation salary range will be offered to the successful candidate commensurate with their skills and experience.
