Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Sunshine, VIC

The Job

• Achieving KPIs by placing job seekers into sustainable employment
• Designing tailored strategies and interventions to support job seekers find and maintain employment
• Delivering high-quality, timely recruitment and training services
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with employers and community partners
• Ensuring compliance with all contractual and procedural requirement

• A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Someone who connects with people from all walks of life
• Digitally savvy with strong administrative capabilities
• Positive, energetic, and ready to challenge the status quo
• Ability to speak an additional language highly regarded
