In order to support the growth of our HR & Employment Advisory Services team, we are currently looking for a:


Employment Law & HR Consultant (m/f)


What will you do?


Within the existing team, you will have the opportunity to

  • Work on diversified Employment & HR advisory assignments, more specifically in the fields of, Employment regulation (labour law, social security, international mobility), HR policies & Procedures, Compensation & benefits amongst others,
  • Work in direct contact with a wide range of local and international clients from various sectors and industries,
  • Work independently while benefiting from the experience and advice of seasoned team members. Your ability to anticipate and meet the needs of your clients will make you their privileged contact.


This offer is for you if:

If…

  • You hold a master’s degree in law (ideally in labour law),
  • You are eager to work on various assignments in the field of both HR & Employment advisory, making every day different,
  • You have a first and successful experience as a legal advisor/consultant in the field of Employment Law, ideally gained in Luxembourg is a plus,
  • You have excellent oral and writing skills in French and English. A good knowledge of German is considered as an asset,
  • You have a proactive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and real team spirit allowing you to develop very good relationships with your colleagues and clients,
  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills together with the ability to work in a methodical and rigorous manner,
  • You are autonomous and organised, and you demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.
