Azienda in crescita nel settore energetico ricerca una nuova risorsa da inserire all’interno del team Back Office.
Attività principali
- Gestione del centralino per chiamate in entrata e in uscita
- Gestione e smistamento di email e WhatsApp aziendale
- Supporto alle attività interne di segreteria e organizzazione
Requisiti
- Non è richiesta esperienza pregressa: cerchiamo persone curiose, motivate e desiderose di mettersi in gioco
- Capacità di comunicare in modo chiaro ed empatico, sia al telefono che per iscritto
- Attitudine al problem solving e rapidità nell’affrontare situazioni quotidiane
- Precisione, organizzazione e spirito di collaborazione
