Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Community Solar Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enrolling customers in our community solar farms. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work effectively in various environments, including residential and commercial settings. As a Community Solar Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting renewable energy solutions and helping customers transition to sustainable energy sources.

Duties

• Enroll customers in local community solar farms for monthly savings.
• Conduct electric bill assessments to determine how much customer will save.
• Educate customers about solar and energy savings.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process and beyond.
• Collaborate with your sales teams to understand product knowledge and grow in this field.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in solar technology.
• Previous experience in solar sales or energy sales is preferred but NOT required. We will train the right candidate.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
• Experience with door-to-door sales or outside sales is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various outdoor conditions.
• A valid driver's license is required for travel to job sites.
• A passion for renewable energy and sustainability is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $2,000.00 per week
