Join E.ON’s Tech@Energy Retail team and help connect regions while driving our IT strategy. Our team paves the way for digital excellence in energy retail, building a strong foundation for digital product development—from planning and architecture to communication and governance. By linking strategy with execution, our Global product Team accelerate the business unit's capabilities by enabling digital solutions that leverage AI, automation and asset connectivity - supporting the delivery of great customer propositions efficiently and sustainably in the regions, with a strong emphasis on smart solutions and customer-centric approaches.

meaningful & challenging - your tasks

• Professional leadership and management of teams and projects in the field of electrical and energy engineering
• Design and development of complex, data-driven products for the commercialization of flexibility in the energy market as part of an international team
• Analysis and evaluation of the impact of flexibilities on distribution grids
• Leadership of IT projects in the field of energy technology and data science
• Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to implement innovative solutions for central units and regions, as well as to connect to energy markets
• Moderation and planning of workshops, presentations, and communication of results to both management team and customers
• Willingness to travel

authentic & ambitious - your profile

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, energy engineering, or a comparable field (Master’s or PhD preferred)
• Strong knowledge in data science and experience in leading teams or projects
• Solid understanding of energy markets, especially flexibility and its impact on the grid
• Proven experience in managing IT projects
• Expertise in developing complex, data-driven products in the context of flexibility marketing
• Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a high level of initiative
• Fluent English skills, as well as fluent German skills
