Your Role:
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Support the 24/7 Investment Operations
- Perform Business Ready Checks for critical applications and Batch jobs
- take necessary action on the failures and report as appropriate
- provide L1 support for all application related incidents/task/requests
- Perform NOC Responsibilities and Monitoring tasks
- Actively participate in transition of work form L2 to L1
- Complete necessary document reviews and assist in transition process
- Perform self-access reviews as part of transition
- Perform troubleshooting as per the knowledge articles and suggest improvements
- Suggest ideas to improve the current process by lateral thinking and innovation
- Attend scheduled meetings with Team Lead/Department/Town Hall representation
- Become familiar with company methodologies
- Actively participate with Team Lead in creating personal development plan
- Provide the Team Lead with ideas to enhance or improve team processes and procedures and ensure agreed procedures are followed
- Attend scheduled training sessions
- Administrative activities – time sheets/compliance requests
- 0-1 Years of working Experience as L1 support/ Production Support for Applications
- Knowledge on Investment Operations is an added advantage
- Knowledge on Batch Processing and Autosys is an added advantage
- Knowledge on database queries required
- Knowledge on ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy is an added advantage
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with an analytical, methodical approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a proactive approach to identify trends and take necessary action
- Ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and concentrate on detailed information in a fast-paced demanding work environment
- Must demonstrate a strong customer focused attitude and understand the fundamentals of customer experience
- Must have good professional communication skills to enhance customer experience
- Have a strong desire to learn and progress
- Must have good organizational and planning skills, able to work under pressure and multi-task
- Willingness to listen to business partners
- BTech in Computer Science or BTech in IT
