Position Overview:

We are seeking a Paid Search Associate with a minimum of 1 years of experience in either Paid Search or the pharmaceutical marketing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing campaigns for pharma/biotech clients. The Paid Search Associate will report to the Paid Search Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting paid search campaigns for healthcare providers (physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, etc.) and healthcare consumers (patients and caregivers), including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, and management
• Campaign budget maintenance & monitoring to ensure proper pacing through daily use of reporting, analytics, and budget-pacing
• Campaign set-up: keyword development, ad copy creation & testing, account set-up and restricting, bid and budget management
• Support for all basic tactical execution and campaign audits for HCP and Consumer
• Consistently looks for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approaches that will contribute to the client’s success.
• Help execute HCP and Consumer paid search campaigns: Campaign Management, Budget Management
• Track and monitor reporting of campaign results daily / weekly/quarterly/yearly basis, including Quarterly Business Reviews & End of Year Analysis.
• Effectively communicates insights and findings based on campaign performance to appropriate stakeholders throughout the organization.

Prerequisites:

• We value experience with pharmaceutical or biotech companies, or marketing agencies.
• Google and Bing Ads experience

General Skills:

• Excellent communication and verbal skills.
• Microsoft suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Google suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
• Analytical mindset

Qualifications:

• You have at least 1 year experience ideally in a Media and Communications Agency for the Pharmaceutical Services Industry.
• You have a working knowledge of executing Paid Search Strategies targeting HCPs, Patients, and Caregivers Experience within the Pharmaceutical Marketing sector would be a strong advantage.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
