Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Engineer to join our RV engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings and models that support various departments. This role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge CAD software and contribute to innovative design solutions across multiple engineering disciplines. RV MANUFACTURING IS A MUST !!

Duties

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks
• Create schematics, RV floor plans, and mechanical designs aligned with project specifications
• Produce accurate models for project visualization and coordination
• Assist in the development of RV documents and technical schematics for engineering projects
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure drawings meet industry standards and client requirements
• Incorporate 2D animation techniques where necessary for project presentations or instructional materials
• Review design drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with safety standards
• Maintain organized digital files of all drafting documents for easy retrieval and version control

Requirements

• Proven experience with CAD software including AutoCAD and SolidWorks
• Strong background in mechanical design, drafting, schematics development
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into precise drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of RV industry standards and best practices in drafting and design workflows
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Drafting Technology or related field is preferred
