About the Role

This position is focused on supporting the development of language-related applications. The role involves collaborating with a team to understand user requirements, design technical specifications, develop software applications, and conduct thorough testing. The incumbent will work under the supervision of a Specialist/Senior Specialist to ensure that all deliverables meet operational and quality standards.

• Roles and Responsibilities:
• We will focus on understand users’ requirements and function specification (10%);
• We need to understand and prepare technical specification(20%);
• We need to develop software applications(40%);
• We should prepare test case, conduct the unit test and system test(30%).

We need to perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

• Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 1+ years of experience in related language or platform development, including Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Linux/Windows/Unix platforms, and Web/mobile applications.
• 1+ years of database and SQL experience with databases such as DB2, Oracle, etc.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to the role.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Language Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Personal Attributes:

• Hard-working and quick learner with a strong desire to grow and develop professionally.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Preferred experience in the insurance industry.
