Do you want to utilise your experience with change management and object mapping in a global company? Are you looking to join an exciting work environment and be part of an open and international team of highly skilled colleagues?

Your responsibilities and tasks:

You will be part of a dedicated team of CAD/PLM specialists in Søborg, but you will also collaborate with colleagues from the Netherlands and Germany. At GEA, your qualifications will be valued, and we provide excellent opportunities for you to further grow your competencies alongside like-minded individuals.

As an engineering change management expert, you will be part of GEA's biggest internal project to implement SAP and adjacent engineering systems across the entire organisation.

Specifically, you will:

Work on the integration of engineering tools and SAP using a middleware, OpenPDM
Work with the integration of new tools and locations with a focus on the engineering change process
Travel 30-50 days per year

Your profile and qualifications:

You have strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to mediate a common agenda in an intercultural environment. You have the ability to close the gap between different opinions, and you know how to communicate change successfully in a global organisation.

Finally, we imagine that you:

Have several years of experience with change management
Bring experience working with global projects in a large, international company
Preferably have some experience from IT projects in an engineering organisation
Have strong communication skills, preferably in English or German, allowing you to interact with the business and your stakeholders
