Throughout our two-year programme, you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop as an engineering professional. The hands-on practical experience you gain working with us is complemented by professional development opportunities such as support with your ENZ accreditation, internal and external training, and a dedicated mentor from the business to help you navigate your first steps into a successful career in Civil Construction.
