• Responsible for establishing and owning the Design Management Plan
• Overall coordinate with, Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP and process engineering, construction manager, security, and workplace strategy requirements.
• Coordinate design and programming meetings between Design & Build Design & Build Contractors (D&B), stakeholders, steering committee, change management and workplace strategy. Document and distribute notes from the meetings for review and inclusion or exclusion into the design
• Coordinate design process with D&B Contractor under the limited supervision and direction of Program Director. .
• Coordinate and schedule design reviews and consolidate input from stakeholders and coordinate design feedback to D&B Contractor
• Perform an all-discipline review for alignment between the different packages.
• Schedule and coordinate safety in design review meetings
• Coordinate and schedule stakeholder engagements with Planning, Workplace Strategy, Change Management, and coordinate design reviews with Stakeholders
• Coordinate design reviews with third party technical review team and report / distribute findings assist with resolution of conflicts
• Ensure all design review issues from reviews are documented and managed until resolved
• Confirm scope boundaries has been included into the different design packages
• Identify and / or capture design issues and track until resolved
• Confirm all resolved design issues have been incorporated into the design packages
• Coordinate, schedule, and assist with value management workshops.
• Coordinate, schedule, and assist with constructability reviews
• Ensure, as far as reasonably practicable D&B Contractor understands the design deliverables and pre-review design documents for compliance to deliverables prior to submission
• Support the submittal / shop drawing review and approval process
• Review of project submittals for compliance with project design documents and coordinate submittal approval from subject matter experts, operations, and team
• Support the Quality Control Program; this will include coordinating and performing quality walk through with section matter experts, operations, and project team. Develop Non-Conformance Reports/ Quality Issue Reports and manage until addressed items are corrected
• Work with the Planning to enable incorporation of amenity and work group requirements
• Decision support and issue management from forecasting through approvals
• Coordinate the design RFI's and design changes and liaise with the construction management team.

• B/Sc M/Sc degree or engineering equivalent education/experience
• Experience of engineering activities as lead engineer in EPC environment.
• Experience in project technical management in a multi-disciplinary/interface/country context.
• Knowledge of the cooling, electrical transmission/distribution industry is essential.
• Ability to coordinate several disciplines simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Data center is beneficial.
