Student Worker for After-Sales Support & Coordination

Your Responsibilities

As our Student Worker, you will play an important role in supporting our after‑sales team and ensuring excellent service delivery. Your tasks will include:

Supporting and coordinating after‑sales activities and service projects

Processing incoming customer inquiries and requests

Preparing spare parts offers based on customer needs, including collecting prices from Siemens HQ, regional teams, and 3rd‑party suppliers via ticketing tools and systems

Coordinating complex questions and technical issues with qualified technicians and engineers

Following up with customers on submitted offers

Coordinating order processes with internal teams and customers

Updating files and systems related to opportunities and orders

Your Qualifications

You are probable studying Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Energy)
