About the Role

We are recruiting fluent English speakers to support a short-term Cultural Exchange and English language immersion programme in Poland during Summer 2026.This is a practical, people-focused role involving daily conversation, group activities, and participation in a structured international programme. No classroom teaching is involved.

Key Duties

• Take part in English conversation sessions
• Support group activities and daily programme flow
• Encourage confident communication and participation
• Work alongside a Programme Coordinator
• Engage professionally with programme participants
