Academic Bridge is seeking enthusiastic and reliable experienced Teachers to join our dynamic teaching team in Dublin.

Location:

• Dublin 1 (33 Gardiner Place)
• Dublin 2 (11 Harcourt Place)

Employment Type: Part Time (Morning shift 9:00am -12:55pm / Monday-Thursday)
Hourly Rate: €17.00-€19.00 per hour

Your Role as a Teacher

As a teacher at Academic Bridge, you’ll play a vital role in providing high-quality education to students of varying ages and proficiency levels. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to their academic journey, inspire growth, and help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students with varying learning styles and abilities.
• Create and maintain a supportive and positive classroom environment.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the Academic Director of Studies (ADOS) and Centre Manager to ensure educational standards are met.
• Complete administrative tasks such as attendance and progress reports.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to curriculum planning.

What We’re Looking For

• A recognized teaching qualification (CELTA, TESOL).
• BA degree.
• Minimum 2+ years experience.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle diverse class needs.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• A positive, proactive attitude with excellent communication abilities.
• Previous teaching experience is an advantage but not essential.
