English Team Leader- Automotive Sector

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and plan daily activities to ensure the achievement of objectives.
• Monitor team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coach, train, and motivate the team to ensure both qualitative and quantitative goals are met.
• Resolve operational issues and incidents.
• Prepare regular reports on team performance.

Minimum Requirements:

• Native level in English.
• Goal and results-oriented.
• Experience in a similar role is highly valued.
