English Language Trainer – The Language X

We are expanding our academic team and looking for passionate, skilled, and certified English Language Trainers who can deliver high-quality, structured training.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Delivery

• Conduct live online classes (group + 1:1)
• Teach spoken English, communication skills, pronunciation, grammar, fluency, and workplace communication
• Use CEFR-aligned methods to assess and improve student performance
• Provide personalized feedback, correction, and improvement strategies

Student Monitoring & Support

• Track student progress, maintain attendance, and share reports
• Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and practice sessions
• Maintain student engagement, motivation, and continuous improvement
• Create activities, tasks, speaking exercises, and learning resources when required
• Participate in internal academic discussions, research, and upskilling sessions

Communication & Coordination

• Work closely with the academic team and operations team
• Provide timely updates on students, batches, and schedules
• Attend periodic trainer meetings, calibration sessions, and QA reviews

Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification

• M.A. English or M.A. Linguistics (Preferred)
• Candidates with strong communication + relevant experience will also be considered

Mandatory Certifications (Applicants without these will NOT be considered)

• CELTA
• TESOL
• TEFL

Skills Required

• Excellent spoken & written English.
• Strong command over grammar, pronunciation, and communication.
• Ability to handle group classes & 1:1 students confidently.
• Tech-friendly (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS tools).
• Passion for teaching and helping people to grow professionally.

Work Schedule

• 6-day work week
• Evening & weekend availability is compulsory (working professionals’ batches)
