About BLP Digital
We are a rapidly growing Zurich-based software company (official ETH and HSG spin-off), revolutionising ERP automation with our leading machine learning solution. In the past 12 months, we have grown from 12 to over 70 passionate team members and centrealised our Swiss teams into one HQ on the iconic Zürich Bahnhofstrasse. As a fully self-financed company, such growth is only possible due to our strong, solid commercial success. To date, nearly 300 companies (including several Fortune 500 companies) rely on our platform.
Location: This is a full-time position with on-site presence at our office in central Zurich, next to Zurich HB, Switzerland.
Job Description
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our leading ERP process automation platform, taking on pre-qualified leads from our Sales Development Representatives. You will guide potential customers from the demo call to the successful signing of contracts, managing a fast-growing deal pipeline and laying the foundation for long-term partnerships with our clients. Your focus will primarily be on large SMEs and enterprise clients in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities:
You will receive around 10 organised demos per week with well-qualified leads and succeed in impressing your audience (usually C-level), converting them into convinced prospects.
With structured approaches, smart questioning, and effective objection handling, you create commitment in your meetings and follow up with clear, concise emails summarising key points and next steps.
You conduct regular catch-ups with prospects, ensuring they are timely and efficient, standing out through your creative and smart follow-up strategies. By adopting a consultative approach, you build trust with the prospect and strategically push deals towards closure.
You coordinate technical deep dives with our Sales Engineers and support the SDR team with discovery calls for strategic accounts.
You independently manage your deal pipeline, keeping track of numerous active deals and ensuring timely follow-up and prioritisation.
Requirements:
At least 5-7 years of professional experience, including 3-5 years in sales, preferably in SaaS sales and/or ERP-related fields.
Startup experience is a significant advantage.
Solid knowledge of ERP processes and systems, as well as experience in managing C-level relationships, is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and priorities.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and implement strategic sales approaches.
Ability to manage stakeholders efficiently at the C-level, building and maintaining long-term business relationships.
Benefits:
Uncapped commission, equity programme, transparent ranking system, and performance-based promotions.
A product that stands out from the competition and delivers real value to our clients.
Opportunities for personal development in a rapidly growing, internationally expanding company.
'The best of both worlds,' work closely with leading experts in AI and ML.
As a self-financed startup, we make decisions, not investors.
Take responsibility, contribute to our success, and become part of something big.
