The Opportunity
What You’ll Do
- Proactively reach out to targeted prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Develop and implement creative strategies to generate new business opportunities
- Partner with Account Executives to build a high-value pipeline
- Drive account expansion across US, UK, and European markets
- Collaborate across teams including Marketing, Product, and Leadership
- Build strong relationships to understand client challenges and position Bounce as the solution
- Master tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong
- Organise multi-channel prospecting cadences, balancing personalisation and scale
- Track your activity and pipeline in HubSpot and consistently meet KPIs
- Learn advanced consultative sales techniques like SPIN selling
- Stay informed about market trends and the consumer insights landscape
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 12 months experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar sales role
- Resilient, disciplined, and driven, with a hunger to succeed
- Growth mindset and curiosity to improve every day
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Empathy, professionalism, and confidence in client interactions
- Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for building something meaningful
- Comfort managing multiple accounts across industries
- Willingness to experiment, learn from rejection, and iterate quickly
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work

- Background in business development, sales, market research, or elite sport
- Experience in a startup or high growth tech environment
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong
- Strong prospecting, research, and account planning skills
