Mō tēnei mahi | About this job
Focused on the design, delivery, and embedding of change strategies across the entire organisation, the Enterprise Change Manager will ensure our transformation initiatives achieve their intended outcomes by enabling kaimahi (staff), tauira (students), and stakeholders to adapt to new processes, systems, and cultural shifts.
Key to success in this role will be your ability to engage stakeholders across all levels to ensure buy-in. Leading assessments to understand the impact of change on our people, processes, and systems, and developing change readiness plans to prepare the organisation for transformation. You’ll address organisational barriers, coordinate with change leads to ensure alignment, and oversee the embedding of change initiatives into business-as-usual operations. You’ll be supported by the wider Te Pae Tawhiti and People & Culture teams to develop insights, track progress, develop and deliver tailored messaging and training programmes, ensuring all efforts reflect tikanga Māori and Kaupapa Matua principles.
Mōu | About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Change Management, Organisational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Significant, demonstrable success in delivering enterprise-level change initiatives across a large, multi-location organisation.
- Proven ability to quickly develop rapport and credibility with a broad audience, enabling you to influence and gain buy-in easily.
- Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, APMG) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience working in kaupapa Māori or bicultural environments would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and embed change in complex organisations.
