Entry-Level Field Marketing Representative

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic female candidates for the role of Field Marketing & Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will represent our brand at various events, malls, and camps organized by the company, promoting our services and engaging directly with potential customers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and manage marketing campaigns in malls, schools and public events.
• Interact with customers to explain company services and offers.
• Support in setting up and coordinating marketing stalls during events and camps.
• Collect leads and maintain daily activity and response records.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations team for event execution.
• Assist in planning and promoting new marketing initiatives.
• Represent the organization professionally during all field activities.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred (Freshers welcome).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, confident and willing to travel within the city.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments during campaigns.
• Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Any Graduate.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
